Giver HR company terms

Company service

The service is for companies and their authorised representatives. You confirm that you may act for the company at registration. A matching company name or email domain never grants access to another company's area. Colleagues receive access only through an authorised company process.

Scope

Giver HR uses native Frappe HR and ERPNext for personnel administration. Giver adds company registration, isolated company areas, Giver branding and access emails. There is no automatic data or account exchange with Giver Benefits, Sign or CRM, no live benefit-provider connection, bank instruction or payment service. Your company and payroll advisers must validate country-specific payroll, tax, accounting and employment settings before relying on them. No tax, bookkeeping or payroll certification is promised.

Price

Registration does not start a paid subscription or authorise a charge. Paid service, price and subscription require a separate express agreement. Initial hosting capacity is limited; support arranges the next step when an area cannot be provided.

Your responsibilities

Protect email accounts and personal access links. Give colleagues only the roles they need, revoke access on departure, and review personnel permissions. Your company is responsible for lawful HR purposes, employee and applicant notices, special-category restrictions and retention. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, secrets or unnecessary personnel information. File uploads are limited to 10 MB and configured formats.

Support and limits

Contact mmusiol@ongiver.com for incidents, export, access and closure. Giver operates encrypted backups and maintains the service. No guaranteed availability or recovery deadline is agreed by these terms. Mandatory liability, including intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

End of use

Either party may end the unpaid service with 30 days' notice. Arrange export and a documented return or deletion instruction with support. Existing preservation duties and other Giver products remain separate.
